Dudley D. Beadles is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Residential Real Estate Law and Commercial Real Estate Law. Mr. Beadles received his BS in Commerce with a major in accounting from Texas Christian University in 1961 and received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1963. He then attended Southern Methodist University - School of Law where he received his JD in 1966. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1966, and was admitted to practice before the US District Court, Northern District of Texas in 1969, and to the US Supreme Court in 1972.
In 1967, he began his law practice as a partner of Campbell & Beadles of Fort Worth. In 1975, he became an Attorney Agent for First Land Title Company of Fort Worth, and in 1980, he was named president of Trinity-Western Title Company of Fort Worth and currently serves as president and a shareholder of Beadles, Newman & Lawler, A Professional Corporation.

Charles H. Newman has practiced law in Texas since 1969. He is board certified in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Charles is a frequent speaker on real estate related matters to professional groups in real estate and lending communities.
Mr. Newman was born March 21, 1944, in Fort Worth, Texas. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1966 and received his JD from the University of Texas School of Law in 1969. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1969 and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas in 1971.
In 1972 he became manager of Service Title Company and then senior vice president at Rattikin Title Company. In 1978, he founded Trinity Title Company which later became Trinity-Western Title Company headquartered in Fort Worth where he then served as Chairman and CEO. Since 1979 he has served as Chairman of the Board and a shareholder of Beadles, Newman & Lawler, A Professional Corporation.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Fort Worth Mortgage Bankers Association, and Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He served as president of the Texas Land Title Association in 1982-1983 and was named Title Man of the Year in 1981.
James F. Lawler has been admitted to the practice of law since 1974. He practices in the area of Residential Real Estate Law. He graduated from St. Edward's University in 1968 with a Bachelor's Degree in business administration-accounting. After serving as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, he attended the University of Texas School of Law where he received his JD and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1974.
He began his law practice as a partner of O'Rourke, Lawler & Coleman in Houston, Texas. Three years later, he became County manager and examination department manager for Rattikin Title Company in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1979, he was named senior vice president of Trinity-Western Title Company of Fort Worth. He currently serves as Vice President and shareholder of Beadles, Newman & Lawler, A Professional Corporation. He also currently serves as Executive Vice President and legal counsel of Alamo Title Company.
Mr. Lawler is a member of the Texas Land Title Association, State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.

Anita Prestidge-Knapp, General Manager, has been with the firm since 1994. She manages the daily functions of the firm. Anita has an extensive background in mortgage banking and regulatory compliance. Ms. Knapp served as President of Fort Worth Mortgage Bankers Association in 1991-1992 and is now an honorary member. Vicki Sears, Operations Manager, has been with the firm since 1992. She manages the daily operations of the firm, setting up procedures and educating the staff. Ms. Sears coordinates all of the computer hardware and software operations for the firm. Rosemary Barbour, Director of Client Services, joined the firm in July 2004 to manage our marketing and client service needs. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing with law firms and mortgage companies. In 1997, Rosemary served as President of the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association. Rosemary has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association from 1994-2001, served as a chairperson on Seminar, Convention and Membership committees, was awarded the "Distinguished Service Award" in 2003 and served as Associate Representative on the Executive Committee in 2005. She most recently has been appointed as the Western Regional Representative for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America State and Local Liaison Committee and will serve a two year terms from 2008 to 1010.
